Login error... Again

Hey i cant login to my account again or anyone elses unless im in safe mode but in safe mode i cant get online. Sorry about spelling and punctiation im doing this on my sexy cool ipod toich lol but anyway i cabt login it says somethibg about an rpc server cant remember exactly it was but it wont let me login any ideas apart from repaorning windows with the disc or reinstalling it? Thanks in advance for anyone who reaponds to this.

If you can get another computer, you can download this freeware, boot it up and restore the admin-password. It might help to rewrite the password-files.

It's not the password. I don't know what is wrong with it I'm on here now using the Linux CD I'm going to go into safe mode I think and take any files I need then reinstall windows.
