Looking for fedback service to integrate with my website

Looking for fedback service to integrate with my website

Postby MartinW on Wed Aug 25, 2010 8:43 am

Hi everybody!

I've decided to use some web service to manage visitors feedback better. There's a bunch of them on the net - UserVoice, Get Satisfaction, BetaEasy etc. I was wondering maybe somebody already has used some of them and can help me in making a choice.

Appreciate your replies

I made my choice for BetaEasy. It has ability to integrate feedback button into software and I'm going to implement this feature soon.

I'm using BetaEasy for little more than two weeks and found it's support fast and helpful enough.

I've never used a service for something like that, but for the most part for alpha and beta testing i just use the basics, skype, email, forums and so on.

I find that using standard mediums creates an environment that prompts the testers to put in more effort when they report errors and look for them, using a simple "report button" or form tends to give people the feeling that they have to wait forever in some horribly long Que.

i guess it really depends on how big your testing team is; i find that Skype is good enough for up to a couple hundred testers, and it also helps prevent software leaks (as in people illegally leaking out copies of the software)
