HEllo Friends
I have an issue to discuss, I know its always a part of discussion.
Just need some guidance on it.
We have launched a site on 06-Apr-2006
Lucky to have some listings as
Google 1 listing found on 2 May 2006 cached last 3 May 2006 12:09:10 GMT
Yahoo not yet found
MSN india 1 listing started on 10 May 2006 cached on 5/5/2006
ASK 1 listing found on 10 May 2006
Alexa crawler(powered by windows live) examined the site on 5/5/2006
I wanna ask if we are really lucky to get in G's index before one month?
or the sandbox is over?
or something else?

I would not say your lucky to be indexed in a month no.
I have had a site indexed within 48 hours before on all the major search engines.
Aslong as you have some high quality link pointing to your site then you will get indexed in no time.
The more links and the better the quality the quicker you will get indexed. They are also good for rankings too so it is a must to get some good quality links pointing to your site. |

As johneva said, the more links you have, the fast you will get indexed.
The sandbox has nothing to do with getting pages indexed. |

I also discovered a couple of times that daily updating your site will get it indexed and crawled more often. So even though you aren’t seeing any visitors, keep updating your content.
Also one time I launched a site, and added a news story to digg (if you have relevant news) and my site was indexed within 24 hours. |
