I must say that I agree, it's a pretty cool movie, but all those 3D enviroments, flying around in some network.. that's actually pretty silly.

But there's another movie called 'Hackers 2' or 'The Takedown' that's a relly good realistic movie. (but it ain't got any simies )

I'm watching the movie as i type this, lol and yes, i agree that it is a classic! What i meant for it being silly, is that... like, there hacking and such is with thike graphic worms and no actual codeing and such. Cool movie, awesome soundtrack, unbelievable hacking aspect. But whatev, i do agree that it's a classic.

There is a movie called Operation Takedown, it's about a hacker/con man, but i don't think it is actualy the sequal to Hackers, i could be wronge.

You're not wrong Pure. There never was a sequel to Hackers. The movie's name is just "Operation Takedown". It's not even related to the movie "Hackers". Operation Takedown is a lot more realistic, but it's not interesting enough I think. When you look at Hackers however, you have one and a half hour of pure fun and action. It is kind of fake indeed, nobody ever hacked anything like that, but it looks cool. And that's what's most important

Lol, i like your look on the movie, another movie that was awesome, in my opinion, but not very realistic, was Swordfish, hugh jackman, halli berry, jon travolta. Super movie, i thought...

Swordfish is a pretty good movie too. Not as boring as Operation Takedown. Probably because there's a bit more action in it. By the way... I always wanted to make a bomb with a few kg's of ball bearings in it Just kidding... wouldn't want to build something that extreme...
