making a shiny orb kinda thing

how can I make a spherical, shiny, reflective orb kinda thing?

I tried using the effects>artistic effects>balls and bubbles tool, but I cant figure out how to change the colour of the ball, so its like a greenish colour instead of the default silver ball bearing look.

also how can I change the size of it?

Anyways, it's pretty simple, but to help you in the best way:

You change size of things by hitting ctrl + t (free transform), also make sure to hold down shift while draging to keep it in proportions.

thanks I figured it out now anyway, how to do all the effects and bump maps, and colours, and everything, and came up with some cool glowing watery orb kinda thing.

just had a good old mess around with it!

I didnt know how to resize like that though, I was just creating a new image, and then cutting and pasting.
