Hi,
I've just bought this CD and thought the cartoons on the front were pretty cool. Is there any tutorials on how to do this effect? It looks good as a cartoon, and at the same time actually looks quite like who it's supposed to be.
Any help will be appriciated.

it is more than likely not created in PS i would be extremly suprized if it was ,if you wanted to create it in ps it would be down to your own drawring skills and ability to color

there is no filter or function that can create this sort of thing,
if that is what you meant.

Thanks for the help. I wasn't expecting a filter to do this, I just thought there could have been some way to it and get it to look like the real person.
