Merging 2 animations

Postby Rys on Wed Mar 23, 2011 10:12 pm

Hey Guys,

I'd like to apologise if this has been covered but I can't seem to find a topic on it.

I'm very new to photoshop and I guess that this will have a very simple answer... well hopefully :)

I am in the middle of creating an animated signature and have add an animation that moves across 26 frames.

The problem I am having is adding more animation.

I would like to add another animation to the same frames, which is more writing moving across the bottom.

I have tried adding the layer and it appears on each frame fine, but I can't seem to tween it properly. I would like to be able to position the writing on the first frame and in a different position on the last frame and for it to move across just as the other animation does.

When I try to Tween it, the background seems to fade away for some reason and the other animation doesn't work properly.

Thank you in advance for any help or support that you can offer.

Shaun

One thing I forgot to add...

The original animation I have on there is exported form another programme and isn't on one layer.

It is 26 separate layers each showing the next one for each frame.

Thanks again
