I need some professional help with a project I'm involved with. My mother sent me an old photo of my dad when he was in the military. I started retouching it for her and I'm having a hard time with the face. She lost most of her pictures of him in the flood we just had a few weeks ago on the Deleware. It was scanned in several years ago so this is the best resolution I have. I have the PSD with each of the elements seperated out.
