Minimal phpBB theme - updated for 3.0.8

Hi guys,

I really like the Minimal theme for phpBB that is signed by DEVPPL. Just spent some time updating it for 3.0.8 so here it is.

I run the Minimal theme on my board and love it, so thank you for this update. I've recently just updated to 3.0.9 and a user just reported that the captcha code isnt visible on the login page--I'm hoping that the 3.0.8 Minimal update fixes this, or will I need to go modifying it further myself?

I suppose I'll find out soon enough

edit: yep, all I needed to do was include the modified registration/login pages and the captcha templates. Thanks very much.
