Ms Internet Explorer sometimes couldn't open certain website

Some PCs at my office sometimes can't open certain website. I did clear the cookies, delete temporary internet files and clear history from Internet Option's dialog, ipconfig /flushdns, reboot the PC, but still cannot. Other PC can open the website.. What more can I do? Can anyone help me please? Do let me know if my informations are not enough.. Thanks.

properly incompatibility, who ever designed it may of create and only checked it against Internet Explorer, even do i hv nvr heard of it not opening it all, but you never know.
