I think CSS is better in all ways, and you are able to to all layouts with css that you are able to do with tables.

I'm using CSS already, just haven't added all err... things... into the style sheet yet. I mean width and height of the tables etcetera. I still have to work a bit more on that.

Guys, I have some spare time at this moment, does anyone have some suggestions on the design of the website, so I can possibly improve that? That way it would be more appealing to others as well.

Yes you can. I don't know how to make pages with a div/css yet, but Im working on it and probably I will remake devppl to a div/css layout soon. (its table layout now)

Actually it should be pretty simple. Instead of using a table, you just use a div. You can kind of tell your page to get any information from the stylesheet. In the CSS file you can write down what the div needs to have, borders, font styles, colors, backgroundcolors etc. So, it is sort of the same principle, but you use a great amount of coding LESS! :)

Tables are not all bad - they are easy to learn and help beginners to create sites that look good.

They are also indispensable as they enable you to present data efficently and effectively.

however i agree with you on the point that CSS and DIVS should be used for creating the layout/structure of a site to improve its speed.

So, I did some divalizing to my website, but there's still a lot of tables in it. I also found out the hover on my thumbnails didn't work when I put an align="leftorrightorw/e" into the <img> tags. That's a bit crappy, because again I was forced to use tables...
