Nede little help.

I need banner for my website.
acceptable file type: gif
the banner should be about 30-40proc wide, occupies the words "GerasFilmas.com" in small letters, or only the first letters of a word large. no-phrases do not create themselves, if you want you can still use this:
"Virš 1,000 geriausų filmų atsisiuntimui!" (it's lithuanian langue).
banner need look like :

i need a banner. Size 750 x 100. For website GerasFilmas.com , your created banner need to be format .gif . Yoru created banner need look better then :

as a .gif your always going to lose quality what was the quality of images before you started making it?
