Ok so this is my first post and i would like some help as i am not very familiar with photo shop
what i would like to do is create a cameo style look for my webpage.. but first i got to create this as an image in PS

obviously im not going to copy it exactly but i would like to know how they have done that effect up the top with the shed and wind turbines etc
