Need advise/help!

Hi guys i have big request. I have idea, but i don't know how to realize. Actuality i need simple system what would run on PHP source and MySQL and SMTP, idea is find/create system what will make request form and send for few people to their e-mail. In e-mail they will see what he wants and can reply to him. But responders can't see who send them that request. Script need to be easy and it could be with terrible design, because general is functionality. I think script is easy, but i haven't worked with Mail systems before. Probably some one can create this script or suggest where to find something like this. And script would be for me, i not gone to sell it for my hobby
