Need Help Badly

okay so i am doing my friends senior pictures and i told him i could get his face fixed but i cant@@ its impossible lol im not very good at actually editing photos in photoshop im more of a creator. but anyways his face is all washed out and we need to get our senior pictures handed in by nov 1. can someone please help me fix this? i will attach the photo. thank you@ "jk" im linking the photo."

pretty bleached out had to retouch surrounding areas to compensate created new detail in face couldnt get it to look right without redoing whole picture, maybe someone else can give it a shot, I hope this helps.
