Need help - looking for a simple 2 level horizontal menu scr

I'm looking for an easy to understand/modify script which gives me
a) two level horizontal menus (submenu in the 2nd row)
b) mouse over controls with appropriate mouse moves (this is the tough part for me)
c) free script pls.

Any pointers? Pl. give your inputs here for everyone's benefit.

Here's a barebones multi level menu I found on DynamicDrive
It should be pretty simple to edit with a little bit of CSS.
