need help with code for command button in word document

hi I am looking for help with opening an lotus notes email from a command buuton in a word document. I would like the address, subject and the main body of the text to be prepopulated. The main body text needs to be able to contain quite alot of informaton. If possible i would also like a message box to pop up when the email opens that i can have instructions in. Hope someone can help!!!!
