Hi princetrickz. There are many ways to achieve this effect. How I would approach it is:
- Draw the 'magical' symbols using your standard vector path tools
- Copy/paste as needed and then Transform > Perspective to achieve the desired shape
- Add layer effects to make the discs 'glow'. You'd have to play around - I'd try a large, diffuse outer glow in bright yellow with blending mode set to screen/overlay or something similar
You could also try duplicating and then rasterising the discs. Then send the rasters behind the vector artwork and apply gaussian blur + reduce opacity. (Hope that makes sense!)
TIP: When you're trying to make something look like it's glowing, your combination of blending modes and background colours is key. Picking a dark background colour will achieve more startling results.
