Need Help with tracking

Hey does any of you guys now if there are any tracking programs witch will show me witch costumer was on what page and for how long and if possible what he was doing? (Like a full Log book)? If not whats the closest there is? Cause all i found are Add tracking programs.

Yes, it does, but just keep in mind that googleanalytics, activemeter and co. are based on JavaScript. JavaScript runs on the client-side and every webmaster and web-programmer has to bear in mind that you cannot fully trust every client.

As an example: I use Firefox with the NoScript-Extension. With this extension I just disable google-analytics.

You see... I enable the main-site, but disable google-analytics.com.

Another possiblility to trace your website is to use a server-side logfile-interpreter like 'webalizer'. That is much less fancy (has less information), but on the other hand it provides data you can fully trust.
