thanks tricky500 and jerry b for the really good solutions to my problems. Could you give me some key steps and processes you did to get the results you got? I was wondering if you both could send me the psd file so I can work out how you did it and try to improve on it?

my .psd is almost 159 megs. not sure if i can e-mail. I will try and reduce the resolution and send.
