New To VB (app wont run on another pc)

Hi Please HEEEEEEELP me

My programme is very simple it litrally displays what i put in no editting or anything. there are absolutly no bugs the thing compiles 100%.
anyway i am running vista with VB express 2008 and the system i want it to run on is an xp machine without VB with .net frameworks up to 3.5 installed. it pops up with windows encountered a problem and needs to close BLA BLA nothing else. i need this to run urgently like in yesterday.

so please can somebody help me pleeeeeeeeese.

I can't help you directly but I have a similar problem with some calculator software I am marketing. I wrote a program using VB.net and the .NET framework version 3.5. A customer's computer, also with .NET framework 3.5, crashes when he tries to use the scientific notation functionality. It works fine on my computer.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
