In the preview, when you're saving, does it have transparency?

yes and I check that box. It saves the fact that the background is transparent but not the image itself.

Are you by chance testing the image's transparency in internet explorer?

The reason I asked is because IE sometimes has issues with transparency. Have you tried looking at the image with anything else?

I am uploading the image to flash software and it doesn't show transparent there either.

My pictures - IE - Software not transparent.

Are there saving options that I'm over loking?

Have you tried saving as a png file? Maybe that'll work.

I have no idea what's wrong. Maybe someone else here with more experience can help you.
