non-parsed codes

non-parsed codes

Postby ramnosity on Wed Mar 21, 2007 1:30 am

Hi. I was wondering how to make a certain text not be parsed.
I want to be able to give someone the HTML code on my website so they can highlight the code and paste it on a myspace or something.

example.
<a href="http://www.ramnosity.com"><img src="image.jpg."/></a>
Could somebody please help me with this?

ok so what you need to do is have every < be &lt and very > be &gt so the html reads it as the symbol and not as an html code.
