Not really a signature, but can somebody help please?

I have the attached logo that I would like to put on a t-shirt, but it needs work. First, it's too small. When I try to expand it, it gets fuzzy. Second, I want to put it on a dark background, so I need the letters in white and the whole thing lightened. Feel free to take artistic license if you think you can improve on the original design. Thanks!

OK, I can't figure out how to attach an image. I'll try to put it in my signature.

By the way, I don't really need "an L3 communications company", just the sword with MPRI. Thanks!

Well, I zapped it with my Big-O-Beam (aka the Geniune Fractals plug-in) and this is what we got- after some creative sharpening:

The image still needs some cleaning up, but unfortunately I don't have the time right now. But if someone would like to take the larger file and run with it, feel free.
