Pasting an image into a defined image page size

Postby trophy on Fri May 04, 2007 8:38 pm

I am seeking some help as to how I can copy an image and then paste it into a defined image area and have it fit, my images are always too big or too small for the defined area. All help appreciated.

Well you can try fiting it with CTRL+T and then dragging the corners.I know what you mean but i actually don't know how can that be done.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes that is one way of doing it but it does not enable one to retain the hight/width ratio as per the origional.

I can not get that to work as when I paste from an image 600 x 1300 into an image 260x120 the pasted image is too big to see any corners.
Any ideas.

when you paste the pic zoom out or simply drag it towards one of the zorners of the screen untill you see the anchor points or whatever they are called and then you can resize it
