Photoshop 4 Elements, WHERE THE HELL is the BRUSH tool?!

I just recived this as a gift, and Ive had Photoshop 6, I have no clue why I got Elements... Well Im doing some sig, and I cant find the god dam brush menus! :evil: Please help!

I haven't used Elements, but I've heard it's more for photographers, so the brush tool might not be as used by Element users, and might therefore be hidden in some menu! ._.
