Photoshop for Mac vs Windows

I recently added photoshop to my dell computer that runs on windows. i am using for a school class. in class we work on macs. if i do any changes on my projects through my windows photoshop will the mac photoshop recognize it and accept it?

surprised no one ansered...
as far as the file itself no problem.... if fonts are used in the project and you keep them vectored... then there can be a problem if the other machine doesn't have that font.... in which case maybe best to rasterize before transfering...

otherwise i don't see real problems
