Photoshop header (noob here)

Hi...

I'm new in this forum and i dont know if this is the right place to ask what i want. I am asking in here because this is a psd forum so there are many people that know how to do it.
I've downaloded a free webtemplate and i'm changing the template. I know HTTP designing but i dont understand nothing about photoshop.
I have 2 header's:

In this one, it sais X-Static and i want to replace for [K4L] with the [] !!

In this one, sais Your Clan and i want to replace for [K4L] with the [] !!

Can somebody help me ? I mean somebody can do this and upload the file ? For free ...

PS: I'm not english so dont say any techical word coz i wont understand

i dont know what he wants done though.

oh and both links seem to be the same picture.

heres the picture with the text removed. from what i can tell thats basically what he wants done. replace the text. but sense ive never really tried any text effect work or any kind of typography i think they call it i wouldnt know what to do so...
