Photoshop Help please?

Hi im just woundering for a quick Photoshop on a 2 Stroke exhaust. If you can see it, It says DEP pipes on the Exhaust, Would someone be able to make it the DEP pipes chrome?

that a pretty tough picture to work with do you have another?I can not make out the curve of the pipe,leftside bottom (dark area)
