hi
actually any good paint program, including photoshop, can simulate or enhanse somethinglike that... now the specific procedures will be different depending on the image itself...

what version of photoshop do you have?

in some cases maybe adjusting the shadow/hilights will do the job or adjusting the contrast or in some cases even using "simulate hdr" techniques will doit ...

now it would be best if you had a image that you have that we could look at and we can maybe come upwith a workflow for you to work with.... alsothat would get more people involved in your projects.... smiling...

As a photographer I like to work with a broad range of people. I have used Modefly to find models in my area. It is rewarding to help build their model portfolios. It is not easy to have a great one. It does take time and hard work.http://www.modelfy.com

hi
it sure would be nice if you could upload a satellite image of some thinglike that..
even ifit in gryscale.. ...

i have tried tofind one but haven't yet....

now somany time what procedures one uses is dependent on the image.....

now one way maybe desaturate the image a little and the add let say a orange filter layer.... the use one of your blending modes.... i notice one of the image has groups of orange lights and green lights... well have twofill layers and using masking blend thelayers ....
