PhotoShop_MultipleFileOpen

PhotoShop_MultipleFileOpen

Postby Daemon on Sat May 17, 2008 1:33 pm

Hey!
I need to consequently open files by three from a folder containing many of them with names x_a.tif, x_b.tif and x_c.tif where x is variable, a b and c are constants.

So i need to open first three files (1_a.tif, 1_b.tif, 1_c.tif), edit them, close them and then open next three (2_a.tif, 2_b.tif, 2_c.tif) and so on.

Tried x%_a.tif - did not work

Any help will be appriciated!

Javascript?..what has javascript to do on controlling it?...

Anyway, if you have enough time to learn, you'll find AutoIt a language that best suite your needs ;)

javascript because if you use Actions in PhotoShop you'v e got to open the files by three manually (or there is another way??). so i thought there is a way to write a script that will do it automatically and all you need to do is to define the source folder.
