Photoshop Right Click Feature

I remember using Photoshop a while ago and there was a feature where you could right click on the photo, and a very big list of features would come up, mainly i remember i could choose filters and the invert selection, and many other selections. Now that i have bought Photoshop CS3, i was messing around in it and noticed that it didn't happen when i right clicked on a picture. Was the option taken out? Or is it a certain plug in? I have installed all updates

When you are using the paint brush you can right click and change the brush size or brush. There are things like that with the right click
