1. Make a new document Ctrl-N, then press 'D' to reset the foreground
2. Make the background black and go to Filter -> Render -> lens flares and try to do as the picture:
3. Go to Filter -> Sketch -> Chrome, make the settings to: Detail: 10 and Smoothness: 7
4. Then go to Filter -> Distort -> Polar Coordinates, use Polare to Rectangular
5. Then apply Filter -> Artistic -> Plastis Wrap with the following settings: Highlight: 7, Detail: 1 and Smoothness 15
6. Now we apply the color. Open up the hue/saturation window by pressing Ctrl-U
7. Duplicate the layer. Apply Hard Light to the duplicated layer
8. Press Ctrl-E to emerge the 2 layers together. Use the Rectangular Marque Tool and select the area you want to use for your signature background:
Now you have a background to your signature!
