Press 'D' to reset the colors
Click on 'Gradient Tool' and set 'Foreground to Background', and set Mode to Difference. (look at the image below)
Now just make alot of gradients in the image until the whole image is filled with gradients. It should look something like this you you're done:
Now duplicate the layer by rightclicking on it and click on Duplicate Layer, set Blend Mode to Multiply and click on Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 CW. Repead that three times, you should now have 4 layers in the layer-window and your image should look something like this:
Press SHIFT+CTRL+E to merge the layers together. You should now only have one layer again.
Press CTRL+U go get to the Hue-window. Mark the 'Colorize' -box and set Hue to 100. Your image should now look like this:
Dubplicate the layer and set Blend Mode to 'Color Dodge' and click on Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 CW. Do this two times and you should have 3 layers. Press SHIFT+CTRL+E again and you're done.
