Welcome Tek-Guru, are you into graphics, or what?

Kotik, make sure your colors are set to default (d), it looks as though you have some color in there ? :)

Hey Tek-Guru, I have you in my MSN list. I found you on some other site, you asked for someone to help you with a new design. Too bad I didn't get to talk with you yet...

Anyway, welcome to DEVPPL! Ask all your questions on the forums here, we'll be happy to help you out.

I think this doesn't work for Kotik since he's using PS CS2. ^^

Anyway, do you think it was well explained?

here is my attempt...

I think that the problem is when you use the "glowing edges"
Different people use different settings... so you cant just say to "hit okay"... you need to include the settings that you used

well if he says "just hit ok" it means use the default settings. I believe the reason that everyones is turning out differnet, is because they way they are doing the Gradient drawings. theres no way yall are gonna duplicate the exact drawing patten on the original. that MAY have something to do with it

When i use the glowing edges, i automaticly use the same settings i used last time i used the effect. Therefor, his settings might have been different than mine

i didn't know this but, if you move sliders around on filters, then decide you don't like them, instead of canceling, you can just push alt and the cancle turns into a reset button.... i didn't know.. just thought i thro some random information in there :D
