Photoshop Tutorial: Vanishing Point (CS2)

Vanishing Point for CS2

The new Photoshop cs2 is out so I thought why not write some early tutorials for the ones who have it but maybe don’t really know what the new tool really are about. Well, in this tutorial I will try to explain the function of Vanishing Point as good as I can.

1. Open an image that has a surface you want to have removed. You can of course also work on the image I used.

2. Now the next step would be to open the picture in vanishing point. Now you can either do that by going to Filter > Vanishing Point or by pressing the shortcut command of it (Alt +Ctrl + V).

3. That will open up a new window. This window I called the vanishing point. What you want to do now is to create a plane. You can do that by pressing the ‘Create plane’ button to the left or simple by hitting the “Câ€

After trying CS2 out I dont think its has a very BIG difference as compared to CS(1). But if you are working profesionally, then of course you have some stunning tools that will make good perfect. :p
