Picture Question

alright i have a question about opening pictures on a same layer how is it done? i tried by file-place... but i have like a 100 pics and that would take me forever to do and after that the animation, so if there is any easier way of doing this plz tell me thanks for ur time.... :?

i know but im asking if there is any easier way cause copy and paste doing this for 100 pics it would take me a whole day

yeah... so let me tell u what im trying to do here: so first i have 100 picks, then they need to be resized after that i need to creat an animation... thats what im trying to do is there any faster ways?
