So I code my websites all by typing myself and they look ok but when I view them with a lower screen resolution or if I make the window smaller all the images and pictures get relocated down the page. Instead of staying where they are so you can just scroll over they move down below each other and the text also does the same thing. Here's an example.

This is one of my websites. All the images line up but if you grab the window and make it smaller all the images re-align vertically. www.kmpfilms.com

This is a professional website. If you make the screen smaller here it just lets you see less of the page and you have to scroll over. www.indymogul.com

Can somebody help?

Set a fixed with on those elements.

In that way, it will not be affected by the browser's width when adjusted.

What do you mean. It's not about the pictures being risized. They are being moved down the page.

I mean to set a fixed width on the element that contains your images.

So would I use a Div or Span? and then link that into the CSS sheet and set a width?

You cannot set a "width" on the span element since it's inline. Div will do.

Actually I've been playing with it for a while and I used span and set a width in a CSS page and it all worked fine. Thanks for your help.

That's interesting to note that "width" works on span element.

Could you please show the code you used.
