the question is how i merge this 2 effects together in one pic

If i see well the second pic is made with 2 frames.You can try duplicating them untill they are the exact number of frames as the first pic.Then you can blend them one by one.But if you want to add the animated text to the second pic i suggest making it one more time,just the text and then blend it with the frames.I don't know if i explained it well but it's a start.
