sub menu problem

sub menu problem

HI,

I am having problems with a sunb menus, I can'#t seemt o place them where I want to ? ...getting mysaelf very confused!!! Especially as the borders have disappeared as well...can anyone help?


the top menu moves as I mouseover the link with a sub menu as well...I must be going wrong somewhere...
