New Msn 7 Beta (Built 7.0.0205) [Leaked]

Just when I was getting tired of the msn 6 series I got to know that msn 7 has been leaked. Msn 7 Beta found its way to the internet a whole week before Microsoft was going to release the beta version.

Msn 7 comes with a handfull of new features. Msn 7 is basically made to make it more usefull rather than making it user friendly (like the earlier versions). "According to our research, 70 percent of consumers think that when it comes to the Web, useful is more important than easy" explains Yusuf Mehdi, the MSN Vice President.

For the ones who’d like more information about msn 7 before installing it, keep on reading. This review will give an idea about the exciting features msn 7 offers you.

A screen shot of the main msn screen.

This is what the main screen of msn looks like. As you can see the design and layout is a bit different from 6.xx (and earlier) versions of msn. The menus like Contacts and Actions are a bit different from the earlier versions. So that might be a bit confusing.

The wink and Nudge feature.

The wink feature is the fun part of msn 7. The wink feature provides you with a number of animations that play on your, along with the other persons (the person you are chatting with) monitor. Like at the figure bellow. Here is an eye-ball that bounces across the screen and blinks a couple of times getting your attantion immidiately.

... I'm never gonna use that client, or even try it. Looks kinda hevy and "over-featured".

I can almost imagine a conversation with MSN7. *Plop, evul eye appears*

And I use msn pretty little. Mostly irc.

I have never liked MSN messenger. I prefer Miranda IM, I use MSN and ICQ in the same program, and I can customize it as I want it. Here is a screenshot of my miranda im:
