Looks alright mate. The photo's link doesn't work though.
I like the design, clean and simple. Nice header image as well! However, I think it's a bit too simplistic.

I think you should center the text in the onHover buttons.There's a bigger space to the right of the text, then to the left.

I also think you should increase the queality of the header image.

websites and photos havent been created yet. I was aiming for a VERY simple site, and i think it turned out great

Nice one It's too small to have a second menu though, you can have a Phate Designs © (years) in the footer instead. And why is there a page view counter on every page?
