This is a free host that I have been using for the past 6 months and it's very good no ad's just "post to host" post in the forums to gain points then plan 1 (above) is avalible after you have 50 points.
The great thing is that once you have your points and are hosted there is no obligation to post in their forum.

Many of them telling that free hosting not safe.....
i found this site http://www.goresellers.com/ to get the hosting and also get the reseller plan,domain name register, domain appraisal, online file folder, ssl certificate etc..
