jsut looking for a simple logo for a jersey, nothing too complicated. More emphasis on STRESS is what we are going for. Small MISS bigger STRESS

Marc is looking for something along the lines of MISS falling from above and hitting STRESS causing it to crack. With MISS in a smaller font then STRESS.
He has yet to see a logo thats perfect, just ones that look ok. so he is still looking. and the winning logo will be paid for, he hasn't said for how much.

Okay, I hope this is what your looking for. I know it's not perfect, but it's simple and very much how you've described you wanted it. THe only thing I was unsure about would be MISS.

(remember the quality still isn't as high as the original)

that does look really good, can you use the other plate? and take away the cracks that are on top of miss.
That MISS looks cool, like metal.

Your work has been great, I hope he likes it, I do, the other ones he likes are just way too plain and boring. Its like no effort was put into it.

No problem. I've learned a couple of things. I'm gratefull that you like it, even though I'm a bit dissapointed. I'm not quite happy with my work myself.
I really like the glass effect, and the plate is ok.. It's simple and that's what I've been struggling to make all the time. Couldn't really get it into my head that this was merely a logo for a jersey.
What I don't like is MISS. The edges are messy, the metal doesn't REALLy look like metal.
Would it be to late if I tried changing that look into a more metallish look?..
Changing it into a look like the plate from this picture:

Then again it might be near impossible because of that font .. It messes up the edges, exspicially the S's.
