Travelling Salesman Problem

I'm looking for a nice layout and the code for that layout to a simple Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP). Algorithm not needed since i have it already. All i need is some basic boxes like the amount of cities, population, elapsed time and stuff like that.

Any help is more than appreciated.

So you basicly want a form that you should inter some informations in. Then it should calculate the values with some aloritmes that you have?

What should it do after that, just display a value, or save it into a database, or how do you want it?
