Hi and welcome to DEVPPL.

I think you should align the text to the left instead of having it centered. It's pretty annoying for the eye as it is now.

Errrwwwww Frames! Arrrggg I hate frames.

I like the header though. :)

Yeah left aligned text may not look quite so good but makes for easier reading, which considering the site that is very important. Also breaking it into slightly smaller paragraphs would also make it easier to read.

Why the big gap between the content and the footer?

Needs more padding for the main content text it is very close to the nav.

Poor coding matey lean CSS and your coding could be so so much cleaner.

Also if yoiu have designed your site at that fixed width so it works in 800x600 res, well it dont you have not acounted for things such as scrollbars. If you want to stay with fixed width go for something another 40px thinner but personally I prefer fluid layouts.

Hello Sarah

Interesting, I totally need to revise the english translation of math terms.

I agree with webmaster and johneva, there's a lack of structure in your website. But I like the fun way you want to present maths. Most ppl think it's boring.. Hmm the scanned notes are not a good idea, you can use math software to write them.

I wood love to do the notes properly, do u know of any free software to write them? Saying that though all the notes that i'm putting on there i did during lessons and whilst revising so i didnt write them for the website....could be a bit time consuming to write them all out properly however in future i spose i could do them on the comp. The whole website is really in its infancy and it s probly gonna change a lot before the real rush comes (ie january exam time). Im new to web design so am learning new things everyday which i can use.

hmm I use Mathematica 5.2. It supports MathML and exports to XHTML which will help you with your website. Here's a bigger list of software http://www.math.fsu.edu/Virtual/index.php?f=21
