SERIOUS PS HELP NEEDED FOR WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!

basically, our work experience person has produced this fairly decent photoshopped piece of work. i just need someone to make it look 'real'. ie, tidy it up a bit, put shadows in, but most importantly, make it look as if the back of the lorry is open, so the boxes are falling out. i desperately need this to be done by tommorow morning (UK time). if someone could, it would be appreciated greatly!!
