How to start flash?

Hi friends, This is my 1st message here as i have just joined in this cool forum.Anyway I am not a professional designer. But with my regular official job I like work with designing. I know Photoshop, Illustrator, frontpage, Dreamweaver, HTML. I work in a freelancing site as part time work and good enough though I m new in this arena. I see many works on flash. Besides for webpage designesr it is a must to make attractive pages. Would u plz help em how to start flash?

Use some of the flash tutorials on this site. That will get you familiarized with it.
