I opened an accout on this host. At first, I thought they are excellent, but now when I tried to put phpbb2 forum things don't look so good.

I can't install it. I was able to make database (mysql) and link it with phpbb2 but when i click start install i get a page where I need to download config file because "it is not writable at the moment" and I need to upload it back to phpb2's folder. I do that and result is

An error occurred trying to update the database
Table 'phpbb_auth_access' already exists

Can I do something to solve this problem or do I have to change the host?

Looking at your error message it is cos you have tryed installing twice without clearing the database imbertween.

It can already see the table that the first atempt at installing made.

Either delete all the tables in the database or delete the database and make a new one (Can still use same name and password).

Deleted old databases and users, created new ones, tried again, the same thing happened (download config)

I tried again (with new db and user) but this time I logged out from C panel and that didn't helped.

I'm giving up of this host!

that's only for testing and learning, don't expect anything nice
