ok i need to find the frame number frame bar on the time line. Where is it?

In the timeline the frames are numbered in tens so you could count from there or you could look in the little box at the bottom of the timeline that shows what frame you're on.

The frames are labeled in intervals of 5, so you will have to do a bit of manual counting.
